Economic Highlights
This week, investors will focus on key economic indicators and central bank meetings across multiple regions. Attention will be on the Bank of Canada’s (BoC) meeting and its potential impact on interest rates. In the US, comments from key Federal Reserve (Fed) policymakers will be closely watched for clues on any potential future interest rate cuts. US durable goods orders and existing home sales data are also due to be published.
In Europe, markets will be watching Germany’s Ifo business climate survey and producer price index (PPI) for signs of economic sentiment, while the Eurozone consumer confidence data will be the subject of close focus.
