Logo Licence Terms & Conditions 

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the use of the FX Trust Score Award Logo by companies granted this licence. By accepting these terms, the company agrees to comply with the following conditions:

  1. Grant of Licence

FX Trust Score grants the company a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the FX Trust Score Award logo solely for the purposes outlined below:  

– Display across social media channels. 
– Inclusion on the company’s website. 
– Use in online marketing activities, including but not limited to digital advertisements and newsletters and emails. 
– Use in offline marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners. 

  1. Fee for Use

The right to use the FX Trust Score Award logo is conditional upon payment of the below fees:

Core Excellence Categories (Single Winner)
(€750 logo fee; €1,500 for Overall Winner)

Tiered Recognition Categories (Gold / Platinum)
(Gold €1,000 | Platinum €750)

Special Prestige Categories (Premium)
(Premium licensing fee: €1,500)

Payment must be made in full prior to logo usage. 

  1. Logo Usage Guidelines

The company must adhere to the following guidelines when using the FX Trust Score Award logo: 

– The logo must remain unaltered in colour and proportions but it may be resized and added to various graphical assets created by the company.
– The logo may not be used in any manner that could harm the reputation or integrity of FX Trust Score. 

  1. Term of Licence

The licence is valid for one year from the date of payment confirmation. Renewal of the licence is subject to further agreement and payment. 

  1. Termination

FX Trust Score reserves the right to terminate this licence immediately if the terms outlined are breached or if the logo is used inappropriately.

  1. Legal Liability

The company agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FX Trust Score from any claims arising from the misuse of the logo. 

By using the FX Trust Score Award logo, the company acknowledges that they have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.
