Purpose of this Statement
The purpose of this statement is to define how FXTrustScore.com operates, how individual FX Trust Scores™ are produced and maintained under the FX Trust Score Index™, and the principles governing our independence, objectivity and integrity.
FX Trust Score is an independent broker research and evaluation platform operated by Cheyne Media Ltd. It provides traders, researchers and industry participants with transparent, evidence-based broker assessments using structured and verifiable criteria.
This statement sets out the safeguards designed to ensure that FX Trust Scores remain consistent, impartial and separate from commercial influence.
Commercial Independence
FXTrustScore.com operates under a strict separation between broker evaluation activities and commercial relationships.
FX Trust Scores cannot be bought, negotiated, suppressed, improved or removed through payments, partnerships or other commercial arrangements. No broker can influence its score through financial or contractual means.
Evaluation and score-revision decisions are based solely on verifiable evidence and the documented criteria of the FX Trust Score Index™.
Advertising & Partnerships
FXTrustScore.com may engage in clearly labelled advertising, sponsorships or partnerships to support the operation of the platform.
Such commercial relationships:
- Do not influence FX Trust Score calculations, outcomes or revisions
- Do not alter the evidence standards applied during evaluations
- Do not grant preferential treatment within broker assessments
Any paid visibility is clearly disclosed and remains separate from the FX Trust Score calculation and evaluation process.
Score Revision & Governance
FX Trust Scores are maintained under a documented governance and revision framework.
Scores are monitored continuously and formally reviewed at least quarterly. A score is recalculated when material, verifiable changes affect a broker’s regulatory status, fund-protection arrangements, customer support, online reputation, trading conditions or market conduct, or when the applicable methodology version changes.
Routine monitoring and formal reviews may occur without resulting in a score change.
Where a published score changes, the relevant broker assessment is updated to reflect the material basis for the revision. Historical scores are maintained for reference and comparability.
What FX Trust Score Does Not Do
To avoid conflicts of interest and preserve the integrity of the evaluation process, FXTrustScore.com does not:
- Offer reputation-management or score-remediation services
- Remove, adjust or improve scores in exchange for payment
- Use user-submitted ratings, testimonials or unverifiable individual complaints as direct scoring inputs
- Provide paid dispute-resolution services relating to score outcomes
FXTrustScore.com is a broker research and evaluation platform, not a reputation-repair service. The FX Trust Score Index™ is the proprietary framework used to calculate individual FX Trust Scores.
Accountability & Transparency
FXTrustScore.com openly publishes the FX Trust Score Index™ methodology, five pillar weightings, principal data sources and score-revision policy.
Methodology changes are version controlled and dated. Where material changes are made to the evaluation framework, they are documented on the methodology page and in the supporting Whitepaper.
This statement serves as a permanent reference for how FXTrustScore.com operates, how commercial relationships are separated from broker assessments and how FX Trust Scores should be interpreted.
