At FXTrustScore.com, transparency and independence are at the core of our mission. This page sets out important disclosures about how we operate, how our ratings are produced, and the limits of our responsibility.

Independence and Objectivity

• No broker can buy a rating. All FX Trust Scores are calculated using our published methodology and cannot be influenced by payments, sponsorships or partnerships.

• Editorial independence. Our research team conducts evaluations and publishes results independently of our commercial operations.

• Separation of advertising. Any sponsorships, affiliate relationships, or advertising partnerships are kept separate from the scoring process.

Methodology

• Transparent framework. The FX Trust Score is based on publicly available, verifiable data, including regulatory filings, broker disclosures, financial statements and compliance records.

• Regular reviews. Ratings are updated at least quarterly or sooner if material changes occur (such as regulatory actions).

• Limitations. Scores reflect only the factors disclosed in our methodology. They may not capture all risks, private business practices or undisclosed client experiences.

• However, we cannot guarantee completeness or timeliness of all data, as information may change without notice.

• Users are encouraged to verify information directly with brokers and regulators before making financial decisions.
