Awards Terms & Conditions

1. Judging Process

Winners are selected by an independent judging panel of industry experts, ensuring impartiality and fairness.
Judging criteria are established prior to the evaluation process and applied consistently across all nominees.
Decisions of the judging panel are final and not subject to appeal.

2. Timeline

Nominations open on 29 September 2025.
Judging will take place between 3 and 14 November 2025.
Winners will be officially announced on 17 November 2025.

3. Evaluation Criteria

Nominees and winners are evaluated based on a combination of:
– Publicly available information
– Research conducted by the FX Trust Score team
– Entry form submissions
– FX Trust Score ratings
– Independent panel deliberation

4. Eligibility & Integrity

The organisers reserve the right to adjust or revoke awards if new information comes to light that significantly impacts eligibility.
Awards and nominations are not endorsements of any specific product, service or company.

5. Promotional Use

Winners may be featured in promotional materials produced by FX Trust Score.
By accepting an award, winners agree to participate in related publicity.
Usage of the official FX Trust Score Awards 2025 logos is subject to logo licensing terms. Logos must not be altered or misrepresented.
If an awards logo is used without license, FX Trust Score reserves the right to revoke the award.
Winners will be issued a digital award and any associated artwork.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the awards, including category names, winner logos and promotional materials, remains the property of FX Trust Score.
