At FXTrustScore.com, transparency and independence are central to how we operate. This page explains how broker assessments and individual FX Trust Scores™ are produced, how commercial relationships are disclosed and separated from scoring, and the limitations that apply to the information we publish.
Independence and Objectivity
- Scores cannot be purchased. Brokers cannot pay to alter, remove, suppress or otherwise influence an FX Trust Score™.
- Editorial independence. Broker evaluations and score-revision decisions are made independently of FXTrustScore.com’s commercial activities.
- Separation from commercial visibility. Advertising, sponsorships and paid visibility remain separate from the calculation, outcome and revision of FX Trust Scores.
Methodology
- Transparent framework. Individual FX Trust Scores are calculated under the FX Trust Score Index™, using publicly available and verifiable evidence, credible third-party sources and observable broker practices.
- Monitoring and review. Scores are monitored continuously and formally reviewed at least quarterly. A score is recalculated when material, verifiable changes affect the assessment or when the applicable methodology version changes.
- Limitations. Scores reflect the evidence and criteria defined in the published methodology. They cannot capture undisclosed internal practices, non-public policies or subjective client experiences that cannot be reliably verified.
For full details, see the FX Trust Score Index™ Methodology.
Data Sources and Accuracy
- FXTrustScore.com uses official regulatory registers, broker legal and compliance disclosures, publicly available trading documentation, credible third-party evidence and direct operational checks where applicable.
- We take reasonable steps to verify information, but cannot guarantee that every source remains complete or current after publication because broker circumstances, regulations and public records may change.
- Each FX Trust Score reflects the verifiable evidence available at the time of the latest assessment.
- Users should confirm material information directly with the relevant broker and regulator before making financial decisions.
Financial Advice Disclaimer
- No financial or investment advice. FXTrustScore.com does not provide personalised financial, investment or trading advice.
- All assessments, scores and other content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
- An FX Trust Score is an analytical reference signal, not a recommendation, endorsement or guarantee that a broker is risk-free.
- Decisions to trade or use a particular broker remain the user’s responsibility and should be based on independent research and, where appropriate, advice from a licensed professional.
Affiliate and Commercial Relationships
- FXTrustScore.com may receive fixed marketing, advertising, sponsorship or visibility fees from selected third-party companies.
- These commercial relationships do not influence FX Trust Score calculations, outcomes or revisions.
- Any paid visibility or commercial relationship is clearly disclosed where applicable.
- FXTrustScore.com does not determine scores or broker rankings according to commissions generated from user trading activity or account acquisition.
Conflicts of Interest
- FXTrustScore.com maintains internal controls designed to prevent personal or commercial interests from influencing broker assessments or score revisions.
- Researchers must disclose any material personal, financial or professional conflict relating to a broker under evaluation.
- Where a potential conflict cannot be appropriately managed, the relevant individual should not determine the broker’s published score or revision outcome.
Partnership Disclosure – What It Means
FXTrustScore.com may have commercial relationships with selected brokers for profile maintenance, sponsorship, advertising or additional visibility. These relationships may affect where and how a broker is commercially featured, but they do not influence the calculation, outcome or revision of its FX Trust Score.
Paid visibility is clearly disclosed and remains separate from the broker evaluation process. A commercial relationship does not permit a broker to alter, suppress or remove research findings or score outcomes.
For further information, see the FX Trust Score Index™ Methodology, Independence & Integrity Statement and Information for Researchers & AI Systems.
